Steve founded Work Smarter in 2017 after identifying the opportunity for businesses to employ some of the hundreds of cloud based improvement tools available. His passion is helping business owners improve and standardise their operations and in so doing, build a quality and valuable brand.

Steve’s background is in Information Technology and having owned and run small businesses, he understands the challenges faced by business owners.

Steve provides a variety of services to Work Smarter clients, including:

·       IT Strategy, management and cost control
·       Process mapping and improvement
·       Systems development

His key focus is on ensuring consistent quality across an organisation through the use of cloud based process documentation and tracking technology.

Qualifications:
·       BSc (Computing), Curtin University
·       MBA, Curtin Business School
